With CDC/ Kellogg funding, participating county and tribal health councils work on community collaboration and engagement to identify and address local vaccine equity goals in Year One and focus on community health building and equity in Year Two.
How can we think about the different dimensions of equity?
Equity is multidimensional. These definitions clarify the nuances of health equity and racial equity, and what actions we can take as health councils in New Mexico to move towards each dimension of equity.
