Quay County Fair August 6 - 8, 2026 from 9 am to 9 pm 1100 S Camino Del Coronado

The Quay County Health Council will have an interactive booth highlight nicotine reduction, substance misuse prevention, Suicide prevention, and Improving Mental Health. The Healthy Eating Active Living Committee will be conducting a scavenger hunt along Route 66 beginning July 26th. Participants turn in their findings at the County Fair for a special commemorative prize. In addition, the committee will be launching their new initiative at the County Fair called Budget Bites. This initiative will be addressing food insecurity with information on cooking on a limited budget and using commodity foods.

The booth will be 32 feet long and located on the Eastside of the building under a yellow car. Brenda, Joyce or Rachelle will be at the booth with other council volunteers.
