Health Equity Committee Toolkit:
Stages of Development for County and Tribal Health Councils
At the upcoming September CDC Refresher Training, we will be sharing a toolkit that has been designed for Health Councils to aid in developing and sustaining their individual Health Equity Committees.
The training will cover the following topics:
stages of development
health equity definitions
value of health equity committees
strategic practices and resources to strengthen the capacity and knowledge of each individual health equity committee.
These trainings are not required and supplemental, and will be held on the last Friday of the month at 10AM.
