To provide and promote a leadership role in empowering the community to improve overall health status through a comprehensive, community based and culturally sensitive approach in Union County.

Empower the citizens of Union County to identify, prioritize, and direct local efforts and resources to improve their individual and community health and to positively alter the physical, social, economic, and spiritual conditions that directly affect their health and well-being.
