Patience brings a balanced public health lens to her work. She is the Director of Population Health with Constellation Consulting, LLC and oversees projects related to systems change, community engagement, coalition building, and programming for chronic disease management. In the evenings she provides counseling services to individuals and families in the Albuquerque area. Previously she worked with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and public entities supporting youth, family, and behavioral health programs.  In her free time, she enjoys hiking and learning about homesteading (gardening, raising chickens, vermiculture, composting, etc.).
