Kayla Blanchard is the Health Equity Specialist and Coordinator for the Otero County Community Health Council. She also serves as the Policy Coordinator for the New Mexico Rural Health Association and Co-President of the New Mexico Public Health Association. She holds a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is committed to advancing equitable, community-driven public health and policy solutions across New Mexico.
